A SurePay merchant is any organization or business that wishes to collect payments or donations via InterSwitch, MasterCard, eTranzact and Visa. A merchant is required to have a website where customers can come to view their products or learn about their services so that they can pay for them. SurePay is not responsible for designing or maintaining a merchant’s website and is not an online shopping mall where merchants can showcase their products. However, it provides the opportunity for the merchant (if he chooses to), or the developer to integrate the SurePay payment platform into the merchant website.
